These terms apply to the Tiaro app made by Espadna ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded Tiaro from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies; from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.

The game

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play Tiaro on your own devices. Please do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app or its puzzles.

Purchases

"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase handled by Apple or Google. It removes banner and full-screen ads and unlocks features that otherwise need a short ad. You can restore it on your devices with the same store account from Settings → Restore purchases. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.

Ads

The free version shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the sites they lead to.

Your progress

Progress is stored on your device. We are not able to recover it if the app is deleted or the device is lost, unless your phone's backup restores it.

No warranty

Tiaro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
